The only constant, you can count on in every corner of the world is nature. Always amazing and incredible. In Tromsø was magically, sternly and majestically. I felt like a researcher who come to polar station and not a participant of the marathon. The organizers provided a number of additional attractions, which were the strongest side of the Midnight Sun Marathon (MSM).

Dziambo dollar
wrongly assumed, Mainland Tanzania that will be poorer than the island of Zanzibar. It was exactly the other way around. poorer city, village, infrastruktura, people, and it seemed, it can not be worse.
And it's all buried in palm groves, walled centers all along the beaches for whites.

This is Africa
We flew full of optimism, we did not expect what was waiting on the spot. With the aircraft approaching for landing in Dar es Salaam we saw a sea of green, palm trees and finally part of the city with the ubiquitous corrugated iron.
