This year, Tour de Pologne Amateurs was held in Karpacz, nie mogło nas zabraknąć!
Trasa 83 km incl 4 round after 14,1 km – driveway to Sosnówka and to the finish line 3 km of the wall on Orlinek!
The start and competition office were organized in the Gołębiewski Hotel. Traditionally, we arrived much earlier to fit in the parking lot prepared for the players at the hotel. Everything was held in a similar convention to previous years.

I followed my plan and crossed the finish line after two laps. At the beginning of the journey to Karpacz, I was not happy with it, but when I saw the last driveway – widziałam, that I did well. A small section with a slope 18 % szłam, but I felt stupid in front of cheering people and I rode the rest on a bike. The more, that they screamed, że jestem druga, after Maja Włoszczowska overtook me. I rode the next part of the steep climb in the company of Sonny Colbrelli, who, seeing how I was suffering terribly, joined me and rode beside me, cheering me on. Outside, that the last kilometers to the finish line – driveway to Orlinek called "Wailing Wall", They were the hardest but also the greatest adventure. I will remember them for a long time, cheering and crazy atmosphere.

Maciek went the full route. It was a very difficult race. A huge squeeze in the rounds, dangerous descent. I had to be careful on the road, for holes and other cyclists rushing at breakneck speed. I am happy with the decision and full of respect for them, who have traveled the entire route. If TdP Amateurs comes to Karpacz again, we will definitely take part, and I will fight for the whole route.

After the competition, we stayed until the evening, watch the driveway to Sosnówka, entry to Orlinek and the finish of the second stage of the Tour de Pologne. Matej MOHORIC won. Great experience, emotions and atmosphere.
