Once, two, three – RunKayakBike in Wieruszów.
Without health, power and workouts! This, in short, was my preparation for the most important competition of the season. I went without hope for a miracle and defending the first place for it “and mine” like never. I felt, I'm not prepared for the tri madness.
Hot weather welcomed us on the spot (34 degrees of heat) and lots of friends. Traditionally, the number of players was 50 – took off 43 people including 5 kobiet.
It was hot as hell on the trail. This year I knew, that running will not be my forte – I was counting on a bicycle. And I was not disappointed, I was rushing as if someone was chasing me and even the steep descent did not seem so steep this year. But the sand seemed to be more on the route, it was demanding. I was the first woman on the route to get into the kayak and I will not say, that I rather thought, that I will be first at the finish line. At the halfway point, I saw, that another woman is approaching me quickly (the second competitor of last year's struggle). About 100 meters before the finish line, I gave in and came second.

I did not fight, I gave up the finish. Jestem zadowolona, thought, that it could be a lot worse. Winter awaits me in the gym and next year I'm fighting for 3 my first place!
