At SOR, I had an adjustable leg, another x-ray after plastering. The plaster was very heavy and incredibly uncomfortable. Fortunately, I could use a wheelchair and go for a walk every day.
The first follow-up visit to the surgeon gave me the green light for exercise. I have selected the appropriate proposals for “fractures” and every day, I practiced conscientiously. Already after these 7 days my thigh muscles looked tragic, faint in the eyes. I also added electrical stimulation to the leg lift and training session.
