Rally XIII - Nysa, Opawskie Mountains.

The rally started at the sports and entertainment "Hala Nysa". We chose the variant Frajdowcy Rekreacyjne, where it was to go 72 km with a total height difference of approx. 700 m.
The ride was very pleasant, the weather was nice, although the wind did not spare us again – I'm starting to wonder if I will be able to ride any bike competition without his company.
The route was surprising with climbs, descents and picturesque views.

After the buffet for around 35 km we entered the Czech Republic and passed Zlate Hory. We took a bar, but a banana would be a better choice. On the road, I only ate power jellies, I have to work out the most convenient and beneficial diet for me.

The climbs were as tiring as always, but the ride was good, this time the knees did not hurt. I will not become a road bike, but such a ride is great strength and we will continue our cycling adventure. I passed the 13th Rally for Frajda without any surprises and we arrived at the finish line after three hours of driving.
TdF was not, however, at that time the most famous cycling race in the world practically ended – time trial, which emerged a new leader – the winner, who won the shirts of the best highlander and the youngest competitor! We got the medal and this year we finished our adventure with Frajdowców, but we will be happy to start in Rallies for Frajda next year / season.
