Finally, I was able to run freely, for pure pleasure, honorary run without verification of the results.
WKB Piast came up with the formula of a friendly run in a cycle of two starts. The first run had to be done twice 1 September the second 3 September.
Main Gear - 10 km,
Run for everyone - 5 km
The decision to choose the distance at the start, and each run may be on a different distance and on a different route.
I chose the distance 10 km on both runs and I was happy to do the job.
